Apollo's Island level tier is based off shaking the Earth. However, this was recalculated to Small Country level by DMUA, late last year. The other is Apollo's feat of nearly destroying the Enterprise with ease. But the Enterprise is listed as Country level in durability. Also, to prove he can, I'll provide the quotes
