AP/Durability change with iron scales.

Should Gajeel have his keys read as "7-C, higher with scales" for his base forms that are scaled without his iron dragon scales? Natsu was pushed back quite a bit and lost the upper hand for a while when he battled Gajeel with scales, and Gajeel was able to contest alongside natsu against DF Sting and Rogue without ever using his scales. They feel substantial enough to me to warrant a key change. I would propose the key to look like this: 7-C, higher with iron sclaes | 7-C, at least 7-C with iron scales | Low 7-B | 6-C, higher with iron scales | 6-C

I'm fine with this in theory, though I think Natsu was able to damage his scales so it's not a huge buff.

As a side note it always bugged me that Gajeel never used that ability after his fight with Natsu even though seems like such a handy ability.
