It comes from the fact that Beyond is stated to be beyond the space and time of the Jorge Joestarverse, which is shown to contain multiple universes

Its beyond space and time, which would make it at least 2-A, since the Jojo cosmology is 2-A courtesy D4CU, and likely High 2-A since it governs the plot of the entire cosmology as a higher existence.

By the way, shouldn't Das Boot Ultimate be 6-B from scaling to Kars' Das Boot Ultimate, since Kars literally gave the stand to Joji? The 8-A feat was performed when alternate universe Narancia was using the origional stand.

Joji doesn't have Das Boot Ultimate. Kars had to make it a normal stand because when he put the Ultimate version disk in Joji's head he exploded.
