No, it's case by case.

They both start at each other ranges here. You cannot assume Arale starts the match outside the plot or whatever, and to do that it still requires an action to perform.
Any event or action gets reset as if never happened to begin with because Aoi is unfair and doesn't like stuff to happen under her beliefs. So you need resistance to causality manip.

Yeah but Arale going beyond the 4th wall happens instantly. Like for example if she wants to remove a page, she is just automatically outside of it to be able to remove it
And Arale can skip past moments and events as well so can just skip past Aoi doing that
