As I see it, the other character has to have a chance to win, if not it's a stomp. And no, the opponent standing there and they technically being, within theur power to kill, doesn't count. That's not a fight.

Yes it is. A stomp is that no matter what happens, you can't win against, or even hurt your opponent. Normal stomps exist because you can't hurt your opponent by any means. Speed stomps exist because you can't touch your opponent by any means. Hax stomps exist because you die in second one. If it doesn't fall under these, it's not a stomp. Too many claims of stomps is my pet peeve and it's a major problem with this site. End of discussion.
