The thing is here, Kirby can only win via specific hax while Mario can just hit Kirby with anything and win.

Yeah, Kirby kinda bodies, I don't even think this should be added. This battle comes down to who hits first and what that hit is, and Kirby has way more hax than Mario does, plus a lot of Mario's hax is resisted by Kirby.

I really don't get this "more hax" argument. Kirby can only use one Copy Ability at a time, with only the basic ones being used in-character and by himself only having a couple of moves in-character. If Mario were weaker and the fight was longer it would be different, but he's winning this via 1 hax.

Mario lacks the power to get past Kirby's regen through normal means.

However whether or not it's in character for Kirby to use as half of his hax is debatable, as most of it seems to be exclusive to mini-games and spinoff titles.

Yeah, Mario can bypass his Low-Godly, I went over earlier that he could even do it from a distance by dancing.

The dancing capacity of Mario is a Reality Warping. Kirby have resistance to this.

Mario is very weak even against the empathic manipulation of Vibe Scepter, so Friend Heart should make this a stomp.

Kirby doesn't just resist every single dancing ability because one of the abilities he has by dancing is to cause miracles to occur.

My point is both of them have hax that can easily put the other down, and in their immediate disposal.

Kirby's inhale probably wouldn't work though. Mario is leagues above Kirby in AP so he could simply resist the inhale.
