076 breaks containment from foundation and runs into Albert who is readying his escape from Chris and Jill (idk I haven’t played resident evil at all). Albert is curious of this new stranger and 076 is itching for a fight

From what I can see, they're pretty close in base stats and neither of them have much in terms of hax. 076 might have an edge with weapon summoning because he can summon bombs and stuff. Other than that, they seem pretty much even.

Able also has a decent skill advantage, while Albert has a slightly higher LS advantage for grappling and possibly throwing. Still waiting for supporters from either side

076 wins this likely due to being much more experienced in battle on top of being better in melee, being older and time and all that. Wesker is no slouch either and is technically stronger, but all he carries is a handgun while 076 can create sharp weapons anytime he wants, and thanks to 076's insane endurance and durability, 076 is more likely to kill Wesker with his weapons than the other way around.

He only has access to non-melee weapons in his EC and Prime key, something along the lines of them still being too complicated for his powers to replicate. But other than that, he outskills Wesker so severely it's not even funny. Voting the SCP who's likely some dude's Sonic OC.
