I don't think so. If it's just expanding on abilities already mentioned, you should be fine, as long as you also note that you only updated the Notable Attacks & Techniques section. I'm less certain about adding moves that suggest new abilities not currently listed on the profile; in that case, you might need to create one.

If a character is a summon, and they have to be summoned to be able to fight (Another character must untie a seal on a doll in order for it to be summoned), I assume it is allowed to make a profile for them and assume them as already summoned, ie the whole requirement for them to fight is removed?
