Akira has no way to bypass mid godly regen.
Theoritically tho he can bypass her immortality.
He is not immune to time stop, but I think off the top of my head he has more durability ignore hax (Radiation Manipulation, Allmighty, Hado/Mudo etc)
I will vote inconclusive for now, but I lean a tad to Usagi.
Good matchup tho imo.
Edit: Nevermind, resistant to both existence erasure and time abilities.
Just straight up inconclusive
