Adam Smasher - Minor Hacking Resistance upgrade

Since I missed it in the last thread, Smasher in the 2.1 Update has a counter ICE program and can shut down V's Cyberdeck if they attempt to stack Quickhacks on them and when resetting it Smasher will blind V for a bit.

Its not an upgrade, it would just be adding the following to his resistance:

• Hacking (Easily overcame Lucy's hacking attempt.[7] Lucy can easily overwhelm and kill netrunner cyborgs who themselves are incredibly good hackers[9])
