The justification is fine. IB can't negate HR because it's output stays equivalent to the threat and doesn't diminish, which is one way to overcome IB.

Obv, there's a difference between cutting the arm off and overpowering IB.

Yeah he has a Galactic range with Platinum wings. Unless Fiamma teleport into a planet in another Galaxy he's not escaping Accel.

Anyway Accel stomps hard yeah.

These aren't F&G posts? Then yes the AP gap makes it a stomp, No Plat Wings Accelerator can't reflect TSTEEIT from the HR.
