I am a bit doubtful while imagining"TOP 20 strongest anime characters".So,who of these four should I keep in a higher rank?(I do not know much about the powers of Accelerator and Rei).Can someone help?

Accelerator(A Certain Magical Index) vs Alucard(Hellsing) vs Gilgamesh(Fate) vs Rei Ogami(Code:Breaker)-who wins?

I think Gilgamesh may win because of Ea.

alucard cant be hurt because he becomes omnipresent or so,
gilgamesh is large planet lvl in AP and durability and MFTL+ in speed,
accelerator wont be able to hurt either of them and gets killed by gil easily,
Rei has some hax via power-negation and atomization via blue flames but he is by far the slowest one and assuming that his illusions will help would be NLF,
so, a inconclusive for alucard vs gilgamesh, accelerator dies by getting killed from either one, and rei is a fodder compared to the other three...

Gils speed is travel speed with Noble Phantasm only,
I don't know this Rei person but based on the other 2..
Fate stay Night Gilgamesh gets Rekt by Accelerator, Gilgamesh likely reks Accelerator in his strongest form.
Alucard post schrodinger can't be defeated by Accelerator so Accel loses again. Gilgamesh probably can't kill Alucard either but he may have some asspull noble phantasm to deal with Alucards strong regen.
