I am still not really used to where some general feats, like Morgan's penetration of thick steel doors or blowing up heads and arms easily, fall within the range of it's respective tier which in this case I am presuming it's 9-B, so I would like to ask though I would imagine high in the scale?
I would also like to know what's the stance on things like Dynatime sticks, which in a cutscene was shown that many sticks can destroy a good bit of a nicely sized bridge among other stuff. Just felt kind of in a limbo and not really used to this stuff.
