Mario's tier 2 feats

• Culex

• Scaling to Paper Mario, who created a universe in the trio meteor attack

• Shiny-Robo Bowser, which was going to destroy both universes and create a perfect land

• Constantly defeating Bowser

• Dark Bowser and Dark Star. Those 2 fought Bowser

• Dreamy Bowser (outlier)

• Antasma, which was able to manipulate the entirety of the Dream World, Low 2-C

• Antasma w/Dark Stone (outlier)

• He managed to match Dreamy Luigi's power

• Galaxy Bowser

• Wart. Wart was able to destroy the dream before he died (This is an obvious outlier for Toad and Peach, however)

• Shadow Mario. Shadow Mario created the secret levels. These secret levels contain many different types of stars. Metal once send me a link "The stars in the universe" or something like that. In the secret levels, we can see red stars, blue stars, yellow stars, pink (?) stars, violet stars and outer space. So, these secret levels seems to be universe-sized

Lol, i honestly get the sunshine info from Metal, because he knows a lot about the game. But i think i remember why. Shadow Mario is able to create the paint eith his special weapon and also portals with the paint. It has to do something with the paint, i think that the paint is the "pocket zone" that contain these universes. Again, i'm not an expert about SMS. Now i gotta go, so you'll need Metal to know more about it.

No, this doesn't happen, it only opens a portal to a different place. If you use the camera in Super Mario Sunshine in certain courses and certain angles will notes the other phases where there are portals, which in fact aren't separate universes, it is only other distant islands that could be reached in various ways, including shooting by a cannon or traveling by plane like they do at the beginning of the game.
