Regardless of the situation, Aladdin wins. He's waaaaaay faster, and even with an Avatar State shield, Aang's durability is far less than Aladdin's AP via powerscaling. Even if you equalize speed and implement verse equalization so that Aang can manipulate the fire, water, earth and wind magick that Aladdin has, Aladdin still has Gravity magick, light magick, etc. to combat Aang with. And according to Aladdin's page, he can manipulate physics to repel attacks. That's kinda hax, and probably beyond anything Aang can handle bar using the Avatar State 'Spirit Cannon' thing they scaled his 7-B energybending tiering off of, and I am personally unsure if Aang can even use said Spirit Cannon. If he can, Aladdin canlikly combat it with an attack of the same caliber, which i'm relatively sure he can do if he doesn't just fly out of the way.

TL;DR: Aladdin is too fast, and if speed is equalized his magick is too diverse.
