How does Baoh's melting abilities work exactly?

If I remember correctly he activates it and his palm melts stuff, usually he aims for the head. Ignores durability, no visual tell.

Anyway, if Zohan were to stay at range, Baoh has the Bee Stingers and Dark Thunder to fight back. Baoh also should have some regen.
