Pretty sure the Trex cant get past that regen especially seeing as the house is several times larger and stornger than it

Even though Monster House' regen looked somewhat slow when I saw it on film and the Tyrannosaurus COULD bite faster than Monster House can regenerate. Biggie-T may get a lucky shot by accidently biting the furnace but IDK for sure...
