Completely unrelated but I honestly believe history erasure shouldn't be an qualification for high godly it just sounds like a bit better mid godly and that's it
actually history erasure is high godly, when you erase someone across history mean you erase the fundamental part that made up his existence, which is all of his past, present and future. His past self which is a basic existence that leading to what his present self currently are, and what he will become in the future which is his future. It is like a slightly watered down version of plot/narrative erasure

So let's consider this hypothetical scenario if someone time travels back in past and kills Hitler's father before he reaches puberty did he just erase hitler on a high godly level

no, as the time traveler only kill 1 version. history erase is you erase the guy all his version across era ranging from past to present to future, and at the same time
