No prep can save Rick from being rolled conceptually with Thu'um or bended by Dov reality warping.

If this is end game Dragonborn Rick probably gets bfr'd (if it doesn't have a time limit like in game) or just gets one hit. The Dragonborn resist time manipulation due to his accausality so Rick is going to have to act fast not to get one shot, get haxed to death, or get teleported to another dimension that's way out of range of anything he's ever done (if the 30 second time limit is a gameplay mechanic)

There's nothing stopping Dovah from using Bend Will, Soul Tear, Slow Time, or Whirlwind Sprint and cutting Rick's head clean off. My vote goes to Dovahkiin for these reasons.
