So, no doubt, the strongest being in DC is The writer, the second being Montior-Mind the Overvoid, but who is the 3rd strongest? Would it be The Presence or Pralaya?

No one knows but I think presence is stronger due his uber powerful infinite aspects like Old gods and the original personification of void such as great evil beast.
