So Kingpin has been invited by Skinner for an unforgettable luncheon, turns out though the principal was well aware of the man's criminal dealings and decides to beat him down.

Only way I see skinner winning is with a good shot to a PP area. But since Kingpin is a larger gentleman. Hitting PO is going to be notably harder (I think that's a funny way to cover that weakness. But ya know. It helps). And add in the skill and strength. And night night skinner

Skinner was a Seargent, so he can't be much less skilled, and PP would balance out the rest of the skill gap.

Oh yea. He is not much less skilled. But the problem is. He is less skilled, Weaker, and less durable. And since he is fat. Hitting his PP would be much harder
