A new method for quantifying Tsunami via Earthquake feats!

G'day, ladies and gentlemen!

I am here to discuss a method of quantifying Tsunami via Earthquake feats for characters (using abilities ofc).

Previously, I was able to use this method to calculate a more complete value for Lucy's Tsunami feat. The calculation was approved by DMUA, and him, Antvasima and Promestein instructed me to discuss this method with you guys.

I am 100% certain that this method works for the context of the previously mentioned feat. But the big question is whether or it can work for other contexts as well. What do you guys think?

It ultimately just depends on if it's made via earthquakes and such, so not all feats would apply.
