Truth be told, the reason why Frisk is so powerful is their ability to reset and retain their memories everytime. But if Johan could mentally scar Frisk (or maybe Chara) permanently into being in a state of "not live", what does this mean for their resets overall?

You cannot make team-ups of characters who never canonically fought in tag team.

And so? You cpuld technically make the argument that Chara works with Frisk by virtue of being a narrator/translator (or not? I haven't played the game or watched the gameplays in a while. So remind me if that's just wrong)

Regardless, if you think chara v Johan is unfair, I can always switch it to frisk. I'll update the OP for now.

No. Chara being the narrator is a fanon thing. They only do that when they possess Frisk in genocide, but, that's possession.
