A massive list of abilities missed on profiles for Dragon Ball, Z, Super, GT. Part 3

I guess King Kai and Cell could possibly do Spirit Bomb.

King Kai doesn't need to adapt because that's his home planet and he has always lived there.

Cell doesn't get adaption due to simply having the DNA of those fighters. Also I agree that if he knew Kaioken he would have used it at some point.

Rest seems fine.
 
Kiai is just shockwave generation, Kiai Kenshi can reflect and block/destroy the opponent attack but it's not that it power nullifies it since its an energy wave not a special ability. Disagree with Gotenks creation and Kienzan being able to negate durabilty. Meta-Coolers cannot duplicate on their own and it was the core that made all of them. Neutral about the rest.
 
It would have hurt Cell in the anime, yet it didn't proving it doesn't negate dura.

The Kianzan has limited durability negation as it is able to hurt foes massively more powerful than the user example being freeza and all this showcases is the fact that his kianzan has a limit to it's power

Shockwave Generation its simply a form of Vibration Manipulation, more limited but still its the same ability.

Just like how Analytical Prediction its just an alternative form of Precognition.

For someone for having Power Nullification doesn't need to possess an ability/technique which specifically grant that power, no one need to be like Touma.

If a character can nullify energy attacks via raw strength i'm pretty sure it classify as Power Nullification.

Just look at the case of Attack Reflection, many characters (like Luffy, Recoome, The Sentry) possess this ability in their profiles by physically deflect attacks.

Tien Shinhan in his profile had Attack Reflection with his Kiai, the same should be apply with Power Nullification.

1. Then what would it be for Gotenks then? Transmutation?

2. Cooler is fused with the Big Gete Star that is able to Clone Meta-Coolers. I think Cloning is more appropriate.
 
1] Its chi manipulation, the user is able to fire the form of attack like Roshi kamehameha, Tao dodompa, Krillin destructo disc and etc. Gotenks formed one specifically to trap the opponent.

2] He created the Meta-Cooler, but it could be likely that he clones them to have an unlimited army.

1. Ki energy attacks always glows. That technique did not glow of energy. Watch the anime adaptation: anime Adaptation and Manga

It is deffinitly Creation. Example:like SSJ4 Gogeta Confetti Kamehameha.

2. Which merits the ability to Clone

2 He created clones of himself aka meta cooler as you yourself stated so how then are you against him having that ability when you also stated he clones them to make army.

Nothing seems to be controversial about them. Pretty much straight forward.

I just want to get them solved so that other users don't get confused with different things.
 
Summary of the thread:

I added the ones that were accepted to profiles that don't have their profiles locked.

The other ones have locked profiles. There is nothing I can do about it other than wait fot staff. I Don't want to hurry staff because they could be busy in IRL. Anyway, here are the not so controvertial list, I think...

1. List of abillities for Cell that he should have for having their DNA:

(Solved) Possibly Ki / Energy Absorption (Should be capable of using Spirit Bomb via Son Goku's DNA).

(Rejected) Statistics Amplification (Should be capable of using Kaioke via Son Goku's DNA).

(Solved) Voice Mimicry (Mimic A17 voice to persuade A18 to be absorb by him ).

(Rejected) Paralysis Inducement (Should be capable of using Imprisonment Ball via Frieza's DNA).

(Rejected) Explosion Manipulation (Should be capable of using Blazing Storm or Dirty Fireworks via Nappa's and Vegeta's DNA).

(Rejected) Pressure Points Strike (Should be able to have the knowledge of it via Son Goku's DNA).

(Rejected) Magic Materalizatio (Should be capable of using Magic Materalizatio via Piccolo's DNA).

(Rejected) Electricity Manipulation (Should be capable of using the Antenna Beam via Piccolo's DNA).

(Rejected) Sealing (Should be capable of using Mafuba via Piccolo's DNA). < Piccolo counter it and used it against Kami in the 23rd Budokai.

Telepathy (Should be capable of using Telepathy via Piccolo's DNA).

Rejected) Creation (Should be capable of Creating via Piccolo's DNA).

(Rejected) Fire Manipulation (Should be capable of using Shine Shot via Vegeta's DNA).

2. Zen'ō should have the following:

(Solved) Non-Physical Interaction (Capable of seeing and harming Soul's, intangible or Non-Corporeal beings).

3. List of abillities for Gotenks that he should have the following;

(Solved) Explosion Manipulation (via Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack).

(Solved) Creation (Capable of using Super Donut Chain Here.

(Solved) Power Mimicry (Presumbly copy III Flash from Super Buu) This

Super Buu (Buutenks, Piccolo absorbed, Buuhan) Same abilities as before exept Power Mimicry and Creation, plus

Creation (as Buutenks Piccolo absorbed, or Buuha)

(Rejected) Electricity Manipulation (via Antenna Beam as Buutenks, Piccolo Absorbed or Buuhan).

Sealing (via Mafuba as Buutenks, Piccolo Absorbed or Buuhan).

(Rejected) Telepathy (as Buutenks or Piccolo Absorbed or Buuhan).

4. Anilaza should have the following:

(Solved) Danmaku via This

5. Vegeta should have the following:

(Solved) Fire Manipulation (via Shine Shot) Manga Part 1 Manga Part 2 and DBZ Anime Adaptation

Note: I added it all together to let know everyone that this need to be resolved.

As for the rest the others posted can wait until these above get solved!
 
1. I'm okay with Cell having Voice Mimicry and possibly Spirit Bomb because he said he could probably do it. I'm against giving him other abilities because according to him, there is no surety that he could even do spirit bomb and he hasn't used any of those techniques even when he was pushed against the ropes many times.

2. Okay.

3. Okay. Except I don't recall his antenna beam having anything to do with electricity.

4. Okay.

5. Okay.

Can we still add Possibly to the abilities to Cell for having the other fighters DNA.

We can add a Note at the bottom of Cell's profile explaining that the abilities missing by having Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta, Son Goku, Piccolo, Frieza, and King Cold DNA can be speculative whether he can do it or not. That being said, adding the missing abilities with Possibly is the right thing to do because he has the fighters mentioned above DNA.

Although we need to add a Note at the bottom of Cell's profile and explain that its speculative whether he can do Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta, Son Goku, Piccolo, Frieza, and King Cold missing abillities or not because he has never done it in the manga.

Basically can effect a character's emotions. Such as giving allies encouragement telepathically. There's a link to the ability here.
 
I suppose all that's left is to apply the agreed upon changes, right?
