While Infinite's Illusion creation may turn out to be handy, along with his telepathy, the First Spinjitsu Master has a lot more abilites, and has also precognition, time manipulation, time travel, and existence erasure. Also, he probably has a skill advantage.

So I vote the FSM for skills, versatility and more abilities overall.
