Hmm i don't think that Gojo's Infinity would have effect on Regulus's authority so i would guess that Regulus would win as his Attcks would kill Goujo and Gojo would not be able to do anything to Regulus

Spatial Manipulation is one of Gojo's weaknesses, so Regulus would probably win.
Gojo can win with Hollow Purple or his Domain, but he is likely to try to flex by tanking Regulus' attack.

In character Regulus babbles a lot then Gojo calls him weak or provokes him. A second of silence. Swoosh-

Gojo is dead or mincemeat.

Plus, Regulus is cut off from time so I don't see hollow purple beam attacking him.
