A few questions about the Nasuverse

While reading some of the profiles of the Nasuverse characters, some questions came to me, and I would appreciate it if someone could answer them:

1st: After Void Shiki, who is the most powerful being?

2nd: Can Gilgamesh use the NPs of Other Servants in a wiki battle?

3º: Does the Gate of Babylon have access to Nps like those of Surtr, which are from a god?

1. Manaka, for being Void Shiki but worse, aside from her, I guess whatever the final boss of Notes is supposed to be, or since we don't know what it is, just Types in general

2. Yes

3. For most divine stuff, probably, yes. People usually say he doesn't have divine constructs or the weapons of gods in there but he like, does. He pulls out Vajra, Sul Sagana, Ig Alima and the shield of the gods for instance, along with Hades' hat, etc, that rule just doesn't exist basically.

For Laevatain specifically, I'll say literally who knows, he might just have some prototype version of it and not the actual sword since it's made by the planet just like Excalibur

Nope, because a Reality Marble is a person’s origin brought into reality as a texture upon the planet’s surface.

They can only be passed down but Gilgamesh can never copy it.

Can Gilgamesh replicate it?

Gilgamesh and Replicate will never go along together, Gilgamesh is a servant who...................just have all treasure of the world in his vault, including prototype of many NP, he never replicate anything.
And like other said, Reality Mable is a very special and high-level magecraft, which unique to one soul, Emiya Shirou has it because of his distort mindset and due to Avalon rewrote his Origin & Elemental Affinity. So no, Gil can't do anything about it

iirc, while he can use the weapon, he can't invoke NP in form of special ability
