Both are 5-A, speed is equalized, and Four has knowledge about Fuse's Immortality, plus has the Anti-Flying Button with him. Both start 10 meters away from each other. The battle starts in Goiky. Planet Fuse just so happens to be right above Goiky.

But Fuse resists BFR. However, he is not immune to Bio Manip. Though, he will just come back as long as Planet Fuse is still there.
 
As long as Planet Fuse is around, Lord Fuse is unable to die. However, Four MIGHT be able to deform Planet Fuse (Four is large planet level owing to his deforming abilities, so deforming Planet Fuse might not be too much of an issue.) Four wins by destroying planet Fuse by deforming it, then killing Lord Fuse (assuming he isn't already dead.)
 
First, what about defeating Fuse himself due to his regen? True, I would agree that Four easily destroys Planet Fuse.
 
Matter manipulation using the Anti-Flight Button makes destroying Lord Fuse a matter of whether Fuse gets to him before he can use it. Destroy Planet Fuse, then use manip to obliterate Lord Fuse.
 
Fuse resists Matter Manipulation. Hes been hit by those weapons, and they dont affect him.
 
Yeah, I guess you're right. Four does have many other powerful abilities that can potentially incap Fuse, but killing him for good would be hard.
