Does Four have an answer to transmutation? Courage should resist Four's own transmutation from what I'm seeing.

Courage scales to 1.850225 FOE while Four upscales from 6.625395 FOE from killing X who one-shot Teardrop who did the sun pushing feat along with 4 other members, so this is a >3.58085908471x AP/Durability advantage in Four’s favor.

As for the actual fight, Courage might have the range advantage to the point of attempting to stay out of range, but Four would just teleport closer to him with a thought at up to interplanetary distances. Courage would definitely try to set up his traps in order to get Four to fall for them, but it’s going to be hard to hurt Four since he would scale from FoF Donut who was unaffected by the Twinkle of Contagion which causes great pain. If Courage keeps posing as too much of a problem for Four, he’s more likely just going to telekinetically lift him helplessly to the BRB with a snap as he did with Profily when he kept constantly winning his challenges before the others could do anything. Thanks to having 59x higher LS, Four would also be able to incapacitate Courage under his grasp, and while Courage would attempt to escape by liquifying himself, Four would go for mutilation to bypass Courage’s regeneration and render him a lifeless mutilated body or do his own screech to knock Courage out.
