The High Evolutionary from Marvel vs Evolto from Kamen Rider Build. Both have very different things to do with the idea of evolution, so let them fight over it.

Both are at 4-B (Evol is in his Monster Form), and speed is equalized to deal with Evolutionary's speed being unknown. Both are bloodlusted and start off on the roof of the Baxter Building 100 meters apart. Who wins and why?

What is High Evo answer to having Black Hole Spawn on his head?

He'll probably start with Biology hax by attempting to shut down Evol's Evoltic Cells, Matter hax to create a prison to hold him (which is feasible, given that he was able to contain the freaking Hulk in that manner), or by trying to steal Evol's powers.

The second can easily be circumvent due to his teleport to anywhere, jail free card. The power steal doesnt seem to instantly do it and work through cables(?) apparently? The first one will be problematic for sure.

Also, let's not forget that despite his Regenerationn not being nearly on par with Evol's and him not having anything in regards to sheer haxxiness to counter teleportation or black holes, his AP is insanely higher - 387 kilofoe vs 24 foe.

Evol have 50 times stat amp. The gap basically shorten almost immediately, and since he is bloodlust he is going to use that for sure.

A 50 times stat amp closes the gap, sure...but not by a lot. I mean, High Evolutionary is 387,000 at default, while Evol even after his x50 stat amp is only 1,200 foe.

Eh, comics character, so idk. High Evolutionary can start with basically anything he wants, it's not a solid enough character iirc

Wait, i'm so confuse. His existence erasure can erase people from history and people memories, but it's next level is descontruction of the atoms ???? You sure "erase from hercules into non-existence" isnt flowery language for "i will blast you so hard that people wont regconize you anymore" ?

Anyway, if that's a legit conceptual erasure then Evolto's only chance is possession, but High Revolutionary seem resist the mind manipulation, what kind of mind manipulation does he resist ? did he resisted genetic possession before ?

High Evolutionary can regen from that blackhole opening iirc.

The conceptual erasure being stated before is just weird writing, nothing contradicts it not being flowery writing, and it's not anything above High Evolutionary can't pull off.

Mindhax resist comes from kicking out Moondragon, who compares to Strange, who in turn can mindhax Faultines like Dormammu's so Higher D mindhax resist there. Marvel has a different concept of mindhax with psionic energies, which are kinda biophysical energies emitted by a telepath's mind. So maybe?

This isn't confirmed. All we know is that eating planets and stuff makes him stronger- we don't literally know that what he eats is converted into energy for him to amp himself. So no, from what we see, it's an actual black hole that will indeed BFR everything across the cosmos.

Wasn't a claim made in Build by Evolto that all the planets he sucked up went to a "new world"? If so, wouldn't that imply at least a little bit that he basically BFRs anything sucked up into a pocket dimension and uses them as fuel, especially since apparently all black holes created by the Blood Tribe's members lead to one location?

I think it was referenced a little bit in the episode where his monster form was revealed, but most of it was talked about with the other Blood Tribe members in Be The One.
