Considering Doom is the guy who can go up against 4-Bs and cosmics and come out on top through his intellect and tech, I'm going to say Doom.

Also Doom time travels and kills Yhwach as a baby if he can't do it normally.

In any case, I definitely think Doom outhaxes here. 90% of the reasons for Yhwach winning are simply 'Almighty 2stronk bruh'. That's not enough to take this at all.
