Both 9-B, messenger Nia is being used, Robot war Heavy is being used, speed is equal, fight takes place at the DB world tournament arena
(@MinecraftHater2011) Heavy: 7

(@BluudyManikin777) Nia:

Nia is much higher than 5.6 megajoules

Robot War/Australium Chase Heavy > Gravel War Heavy > Gravel War Demo = 6.9 megajoules

To start off Nia's Reactive Evolution could probably reach Heavy's AP in about a couple to several minutes, since she's capable of becoming stronger and faster in the middle of a fight. She starts off casual with Energy Blasts, and if close enough could either continue with Energy Blasts or Martial Arts

If Nia is damaged, she deconstructs into energy blocks, similar to the Mugann; who, when deconstructs into these blocks, can severely damage a city block worth of buildings. If Nia was close, which she usually is, these blocks would immediately explode

iirc, Mugann used to have a profile, but idk why it was deleted; or maybe it never existed, but should. Mugann are aliens from Anti Spiral which even Grapearls aren't capable of damging, and Grapearls can fight well against Viral's Enkidudu, which is 7-B

Maybe Mugann, but the Self-Destruction can't be restricted, because of it being a part of Nia's physiology. She was made so that any bad damage induced towards her, deconstructs her entire body into blocks of explosives. And what about invulnerability?

Then that shouldn't be too bad, and isn't OP. Nia should be fine for 5 seconds, but after that, if she takes any really bad damage, she dies, and could very well take Heavy out with her

If her self destruction is above 9-B, then I’m pretty sure it has to be restricted, regardless if it’s part of her physiology.

Anyways, I don’t really see anything stopping Heavy from riddling Nia with over 200 bullets per second, not even her High-Low regen would be able to stop that. That’s not even accounting for his Kritz Canteens, which would triple that damage output.

For now, voting Heavy.

I'm not sure, but if its possibly, it can't be used, since the OP didn't specify if likely/possibly abilities were allowed. If it's incon, I'm not sure if the option is viable, since this is a tournament, so someone has to move on

Nia has instant teleportation and can just teleport away from the weapon, or just anything really. She can escape to the Anti Spiral's universe if she had to
Teleportation won’t do much since she doesn’t seem to have great range in this key. Escaping the battlefield would only delay the inevitable, or she would just self-incap herself if she never goes back.

Wdym, it says High Complex Multiversal via Portal Creation and Dimensional Travel

Her skill is also far superior to Viral, who is stated to be more capable than armed men (these armed men having guns). Her skill is also the same as that of Anti Spiral, since she is his Messenger, and seems to know everything he knows. That would mean she's also comparable to Simon, who's Martial Arts skill should be infinitely greater than before, after merging with every possible version of himself in an infinite multiverse, which would be infinite amounts of him

What if Heavy just shoots her with a crit boosted Panic Attack if she tries to punch him? (the Panic Attack deploy speed is almost instant, and I'm pretty sure a crit boosted Panic Attack can one shot a Gravel War Heavy)
