I just wanna point out that a stomp would likely not work, as Mirelurk Queen's back is the most armored part of her body, with even the less armored parts being able tank hits from Behemoths

I think it depends on who leads with what. If Minilla range spams with his atomic breath he wins here. If he tries to literally stomp the Mirelurk Queen, she can use her acid to shread through him as Overlord said.

Minilla's height means that he would have an hard time not hitting Mirelurk's shell, which would negate would of the strnht of the attack
Also isn't the Atomic Breath mostly made of atomic energy aka something that wouldn't do much to a creature immune to radiations ?
