8-B Tournament Round 1, Match 6: Porky Minch vs Solid Snake

The 6th matchup of the 8-B tournament!

Porky Minch (Oleggator) vs Solid Snake (Popted2).

Mother 3 Porky will be used.

Speed is equal.

Snake will access to all weaponry. If it's a stomp, then the weaponry will be removed.

Fight takes place in Dite.

Porky:

voting Snake for Skill, experience, not the first time that fight robots, and most importantly

the chaff grenade that if he decide to throw at him the robot will be disabled and Snake can bombard the robot with c4 or a rocket launcher

Anyway, phew this is a tough one, some of my favorite videogame series here. Anyway, for Snake bringing down giant robots/mech is basically Snake's bread and butter, he knows to aim at the weaker spots with his heaviest weaponry, he knows to get around them and outmaneuver them, dodge AOE attacks from them, he's done this already.

Now as for Porky's abilities, Crying shouldn't be too much of an issue for him, he's got technology to help him sense Porky and his mech is so huge it'd be pretty difficult to miss him anyway. He's got a resistance to poisons so Porky's gas shouldn't do much either. However Paralysis is basically an instant loss.

I can't really tell how they compare in AP because the 8-B EB calc literally isn't accepted lmao. Hell I rejected it a while ago but apparently my opinion doesn't matter. I'll just assume the mid-end for the sake of this match. If that's the case, Snake has a 1.7x AP advantage although Porky upscales so it's a bit more than that.

If Porky leads with Paralysis he wins however if he doesn't Snake can easily win by becoming invisible or just abusing his godlike stealth (Porky's mech has a huge blindspot behind it which helps). I'd personally go Incon honestly, if I'm forced to vote one or the other (cuz, yknow, tournament) I would go Snake since Paralysis is just one of Porky's many moves.

Chaff Grenades don't really work on Metal Gears so idk if they would on Porky, for the record.
 
So Snake scales to 23.55 tons

Porky you can say either nearly 14 tons or 22 tons. It doesn't exactly stated which end was accepted so I'll take worst end aka 1.68 AP difference which shouldn't be that big. Plus Porky should greatly upscale since in his first mech he fought Paula, Jeff and Poo at same time, who each upscales from feat since it was performed by 6-th out of 8 sanctuary guardians each of is obviously stronger than before (In mother 3 his mech should also be stronger than his mech in mother 2 which already upscales, as well as being able to fight 4 8-Bs at once).

Snake's gas also should not work on Porky. Porky being inside of mecha basically makes this.

How far higher Snake's explosives becomes?

i see but i don't think that Porky begin with paralysis also and most importantly snake has access to ALL of his weaponry

Significantly higher, he can use them to combat people or mechs he can otherwise not even scratch physically. And they'd be what he'd go for here, since, y'know, that's what he uses against mechs

Btw, here are all the characters that advanced to the 2nd round:
1. Enid Mettle
2. Optimus Prime
3. Ken Kaneki
4. Ashen One
5. Plague Knight

Whoever wins this matchup will face Plague Knight in the 2nd round.
 
Snake is not stupid so he could probably attempt to hide in the environnment and wait for chances to hit Porky with rocket launcher or the sniper and they will be damage very badly porky
its a possible way but since the opponent is basically a metal gear, Snake could probably do this

Huh, so it's called "metal gear" for a reason.

Well if counting some other Porky's moves he can also spam Rocket launchers, or at least, that's what how game it implies, potentially can be problematic. And yeah if using Porky's Brawl appearance he is surprisingly big, I'll even say too big. Like seriously In Mother 3 his mechs are also shown as big but not that big.

So I can agree overall that it's either Porky instantly goes with paralysis or Snake dubbing with stealth x explosives.

I'll probably lead inconclusive since possibility being a possibility.

But what if I'll watch at least 3 Mother 3 walkthroughs to see how much times Porky will lead with paralysis.
 
Plot time:
It is night around the Dite , nothing sound so suspicious until army of men in suits of pig started the fire. Fire was all across the land and chaos spreaded like a virus.


Army of those Pigmans decided to retreat after but as soon as they've got in a ship, several explosions happened inside of it.

"Otacon, where does that thing come from?" - Said Snake calmly

"I tried to reach the source but it's unknown, I have not found any possible country from which it could come from nor the origin of those technologies. Try to go inside and find everything out."- Otacon said to Snake through their communication line.

Before Pigmask army began their tyranny, Snake went into their base and have done researches on it.

"What do you see there?"- Said Otacon

"Otacon, note that there's files of several strange projects, machines which have potential to be on par with Metal Gear, as well as biological project called "Chimeras" merging animals and mechanical details, what kind of a Madman could create this. I should eliminate this place quickly before it gets in the wrong hands."- Said Snake.

Before Snake could end sentence, he saw from ship that army already began their plan of war. Snake doesn't found the other way than place exlsoives inside of most important. And secretly escaped, once ship flew away, Snake planned to press on button.

But...

"STOP RIGHT THERE! "- Screamed a person with old voice but at same time with a childish nature.

It was Porky and he saw Snake's getting out from ship, so he decided that this warrior can lead to a problem with the world domination.

"You.. Cough Cough" are not planning to go on my way, *Cough Cough do you?" - Said Porky

"Otacon, I think I've might found leader of this group, some information on him? " - Said Snake

"Not at all Snake, I try to scan him but there's absolutely no bio about this, guy, like if he came from another time, or maybe even universe" - Said Otacon

"Great, now I have to deal with people out of nowhere." - Said Snake

"Cough You, Cough still can join Cough Cough me... Cough, let me rule this world with you..."- Said Porky

"Interesting proposal" - Said Snake.

"But.." - Says Snake while pressing on button which causes giant ship to explode.- " I have already some of my own plans"

"How DARE you! " - Screamed Porky - "Now, Cough you leave me no choice, let me end this Cough quickly!"



Battle starts.

Ok, just reading the arguments, I don't think that going for incon makes sense, if It's a move pork only has a chance of using and all of his other options snake wins I think snake should be voted... How even pork's paralise Works? He uses a energy wave? Projectiles? Telepaticaly? Depending of how the paralises work snake can just Dodge like he would Dodge the atack of a metal gear, i think

This isn't a vote, just mentioning
