The contenders for this round are Starscream (Michael Bay), submitted by Pyschomaster35/Drite77, and Spider-Man (Toei), submitted by GenericStickman.

Spiderman is in Leopardon, Speed is Equalized, battle takes place in San Fransokyo, 30m apart.

If we consider baseline, than Starscream one-shots, don't know if that would be considered an AP stomp

Spidey can probably use the Spider Protector shield to block some attacks maybe, he can also probably just pin StarScream down due to lifting strength

Starscream normally don't go in CQC, and his strategy is decently damage the enemy then run to heal, basically an hit and run

Also, his missile have a Knockback because of the explosion, i know that we don't have something like that as a power here, but Scream's missile tend to lauch his opponents back with only one, take Ironhide as an example, his missile maked him give a backflip because of the impact, while he is 54 tons, same with Ratchet, even OP and Grindor were launched some meters back because of this aspect, though OP was already damaged

I agree, but when you only need one shot, is kinda tricky you evade all of his moves and do little damage to him
