Yeah, I'm just saying, if OP allows him at all (He has High 7-C ED in base so it's a bit off), he won't have the snail stuff because that's in the tier 6 ED key.

Unless you're talking about a completely different Weather in which case my bad, carry on.

I also forgot to say that characters who are 7-C, but have a massive scaling chain is okay, too.

For an example, a character can be 42 KT, but they're massively above that value by an unquantifiable amount due to scaling chain. That's fine to use.

So, for the first one, I'm not too sure what their person's AP is, but Darius from that verse is 7-C+, and he has hax that aren't crazy OP. He can be used just fine.

The FMA seems to vary between 7-C to 7-C+. You'll probably need to ask a knowledgeable member on the verse to get a better understanding of the verses' AP. Specifically for the character you chose.

The last person is casually above ~36.5 Kilotons. I'll have think if the AP value is okay. Fortunately for me, I don't have to because the character has Spatial Manip, BFR, Time Manip, and Type 2 Inorganic Physiology. Too haxy for the tournament.

So do you mean Annie Hastur is eligible, or that Darius is but you don't know about Annie?
