Basically after she gets deakumatized, her akuma flys off and Queen Wasp revert to Queen Bee, and if not purified, it'll eventually multiply and infect others with it, turning them into stationary copies of Queen Wasp until Queen Bee is re-akumatized
But as Miraculouses (which is where the akuma resides) are almost indestructable, it'll most likely not come into play as the chances of the akuma being released is pretty low
