I mean I just think immobilization pretty much gives you an auto win unless you have power null or resistance to immobilization but if he fits in the bill then you could add him. Also, Baam isn't the only character in TOG.

Long range? He has ranged power null and absorbtion danmaku.
Close Range? Skill+He combos you with immobilization and then dura neg attacks.
