Rules:

1. Your character can be anywhere from 22.77 Foe to 5 Gigafoe, because this is basically a hax tier anyway even though im pretty sure there is a few billion difference between Foe and Gigafoe

2. your character cannot have extremely OP hax, as usual OOC, Non-combat acclible, or mitigated easily is fine

3. only 2 characters per verse and person in the tourney, though i may raise this later because I hate my own rules lol

4. Speed is equalized across all matches!

I'm covering all three of these here because they all have the same problem, invisible i can deal with, being passively intangible on the other hand really isn't, Sentry also has Atomic Matter manip and is going to get more hax i believe(so due to ongoing revisions in going to deny), X is the only maybe out of everyone there because I don't know if that intangibility is passive or not

Probably too much for the tournament considering I'm pretty sure thats a first move, how do Jin's paralysis and death work, pretty much are they passive for the former and fast for the ladder

Pretty much, also as for OP hax I mean shit like EE, plot, but its a really case by case basis here, as you probably guessed by me having just accepted two primarchs and a destiny guardian

You realize Amon has a 6 Sextillion mind manip that he opens with right? I know the character lol, also I don't see how Saints law hax is more OP then Sword Logic law hax, unless its more OP and in-character then i remember it being, but I am really not up to date on Destiny Lore

Forgot about them, anyway I'm pretty sure the former's Absorption is pretty OP from my very limited experience with Dragon Ball and the ladder will pretty much have nothing due to 3-B shit being restricted (basically if Buu's absorption isn't as OP as i think it is then he is in and the ladder won't have his 3-B shit, so he'd be really limited and you would probably be better off with going for a different DB 4-B)
