good enough speed amps to stomp the tournament via blitzing, I encourage hax but when a character blitzes the entire tournament?

They all are, in a way. Their creation process was heavily scientific and chemical, yes, but also psychic and spiritual. They are practically Warp entities of some sort in flesh.
