• A large array of weapons are laying on the ground that can be used

I see Jeff with the advantage here, for the following reasons.

1) While Jeff has less LS than his opponent, he has more AP, SS, and Durability.

2) Jeff seems to be a better fighter, since from the age of 13 he can fight 3 people at the same time and win (yes, they were preteens, but Jeff was also a preteen at that time, so it's still something surprising), as an adult he faced two police officers and won with little effort.

3) Jeff is also very resistant to blood loss and can even remain conscious after being disemboweled so stabbing or claw attacks wouldn't affect him too much.

4) Normally, Jeff tends to attack vital parts (head, neck, chest, etc.), especially when he is angry, so that would probably be an advantage as well.

5) Fear Manipulation.

6) Enhanced Senses (They are fighting in a dark alley, Jeff sees very well in the dark so probably the darkness of the place affects Taokaka more than Jeff).
