Natsu resists CM (aka can destroy Conceptual time, as we Saw in his fight against Zeref), so this is a stomp. Natsu pretty much tanks everything

Right so um … Natsu doesn’t resist conceptual manip, he has conceptual manip which he doesn’t use … at all besides his fight against Zeref.

Wendy on the other hand scales to the same numbers Natsu does, slaps on multipliers (up to at least x16 if need be) whenever she wants and, most importantly, in character removes power ups and magic from people. Natsu’s transformations won’t play a factor in the fight at all.

I’m more so just pointing out that she can if need be though it doesn’t really change much either way since DF Wendy scales to Haku = Suzaku who Natsu needed FDK Scales to block. Wendy has been shutting down everybody’s powers when able for the entire spin off so Natsu won’t be able to use power ups at all if he doesn’t simply get power nulled off rip.

Except she does when fighting tough opponents and natsu isn't stronger, they have the same scaling.

Natsu's only real advantage here is his cqc skill. With Wendy's advantage being better stat amps and hax.

Although, Natsu could just punch Wendys Soul out through his projection, but that's pretty OCC.

Natsu doesn’t actually have feats of affecting souls inside bodies so he can’t do that … he also forgot how to become a soul too so that’s another thing.

No?...,he can create an astral projection and interact with non corporeal things, he just didn't master it yet.

He can hit Ghost, souls and spirits when he is in that state.

Nobody except Non Corporeal beings can see him while he is using that technique.

And he has no feats of interacting with ghosts inside a body, something he would need to soul hax Wendy. We see him fight against Wraith possessing Wraith and Happy and Natsu physically hurts them, he doesn’t soul hax Wraith. Wraith is forced to ditch the bodies because Natsu is slapping them up.

Mastering it doesn’t matter. He already learnt it and proceeded to forget how. This is ignoring how he never tries to use it after forgetting anyway.

It’s kind of a thing. I recall several Bleach threads where peeps needed proof of affecting souls while inside the body.
