Pretty sure Anne only scales to 15 yottatons, anyways if Irene sees that Wendy is losing, she'll just use Wendy's magic to extract the stones, or enchant personalities onto them and make them rebel against Anne

Just threatening to hurt/knock Wendy out was enough for Irene to step in during the Haku fight. Also what stops Wendy from dropping a 4-8 times speed amp & blitzing?

I don't see Anne wanting to coerce Wendy into being her girlfriend (or something equally yikes)if she wins, unlike Haku. You should also note that Irene agreed to haku's proposal, likely so that Wendy would not be killed if he won.

Nothing, speed is one way she could achieve her wincon(s).
