So Kuzan already had a clash with Akainu that he ultimately lost so I wanted to see how he does against his other fellow admiral at the time

Anyway.

I think all in all Apkiji takes the win more often then not, he has a solid chance at freezing Kuzan in order to bypass or eventually overpower his regen, and due to Aokiji not fighting a Fire user this time IE Akainu he does not have to deal with someone being able to burn or break out of his Ice.

He's also around Equal with him in every other category

So I think all in all Aokiji takes this.
