Dargoo and all of us agreed that maximum power would be 2-A.

Dargoo did mention how he didn't like their current speed anyway, so our speed changes works out.

We all agreed to make Globgor and Meteora's physical AP not Universal+, it was something like large building or City Block Level, maybe we could have a separate discussion what exactly they are.

As for universal durability, we already have a bunch of the characters at Universal+ anyway. It should be above but Imma let Giver and Ploz give out details, I just say 3-A is bare minimum.

Basically magic shields dura should scale to the magic users AP naturally so it should be Low 2-C to 2-A at peak.

I know Galvino handled Star's so far and I made slight adjustment's to the range. I think Star was really the only character that got a tier upgrade so this might be all for the thread.

Hello, following this thread again to recommend something; Star shouldn't just have anything her wand can do in her profile, the wand/all versions of it should have its own profile, have all its powers there optionally listed and then Star should have a text saying "Access to all the powers [[Profile|the Royal Wand]] has (Has only used the ones listed before)" at the bottom of her P&A.

The profiles also still have a bunch of rather clear inaccuracies, so I'll see to them being dealt with.

Yeah AP needs to all be set to Large Building, someone can handle the access to wand thing if necessary.
