- Standard Magic Abilities (Triple-Liner & Advance Magic Mastery: Rayne is a divine visionary[1])
- Limited Information Analysis (Rayne has a spider that has the ability to judge a mage's true magic power[2])
- Healing (Rayne possesses a magical handkerchief, covered in cute bunnies, which can heal wounds[2])
- Weapon Creation & Weapon Control (Rayne's personal magic, Sword Magic, allows him to create and summons multiple swords called Partisans[3])
Limited Sealing(Rayne can create a cage with his swords and seal off his targets. It requires a considerable amount of power to break free[4])- Danmaku (Rayne can summon tons of swords and launch them at his opponents[2])
- Acrobatics & Flight (Rayne summons a large levitating sword and rides on it at high speeds while maintaining balance in midair[4])
Size Manipulation(Rayne is shown to be capable of manipulating the size of the sword[5])

Attack Potency: At least Large Island level (As the most recent Divine Visionary before Mash, this would indicate Rayne was the top of Easton Academy students during his time as a second year, and comparable to Margarette, who Kaldo was confidant on beating Mash during the Divine Visionary Selection Exam, and was trusted by Orter to take down Mash early. In fact, Rayne and Margarette would go on to have their own scuffle, where both were preforming quite evenly against each other. Those at the level of Divine Visionaries such as Orter and Kaldo only see Mash's feat of flipping the giant as a "little show of force" while still respecting Margarette's power, who Rayne should scale to.[Statistics Values 1]), At least Country Level with Ares, God of War (Summons are considered incomparable, where even basic spells gain the power of a secondth.
