Post Goblin Fight/Human Realm Kirito is being used (his fifth key), Standard Battle Assumptions, Speed Equalized.

Homelander is >>14 tons of TNT via savagely one-shotting a 14 tons of TNT character.
Kirito is 16 tons of TNT and has two amps.

Kirito: 7 (Scottycj256, Popted2, Veloxt1r0kore, Mario goods, Noneless21, FantaRin_The_First, CBslayeR)

Homelander:

As things are, it's

Homelander: Decapitated a 14 tons character easily with one punch

vs

Kirito: 16 tons, higher with first amp, higher again with second amp

Seems like it might work.

Kirito wins this, partially due to the fact that one of his amps passively probability manips everything surrounding him, and partially due to Kirito outskilling in every way conceivable

Plus Homelander is completely unhinged, which lets Kirito trounce all over him even harder when Homelander loses his shit over how much better Kirito is than him

Homelander's one wincon is ******* Kirito's focus up with a sonic scream and then frying him with heat vision, but Kirito can probably still boost himself with Incarnation again and probability hax his way out of the corner

also Tighten, Eugeo, and Asuna wouldn't be any better than just Kirito

the latter two have vastly superior skill due to keeping up with Kirito in battle, and Tighten AP stomps

isn't this a stomp as well

not that i mind
Prior to the amps being used, Homelander has the AP advantage, possibly even enough to kill Kirito in the first attack. It's only after the amps are used that Kirito can even that out. And Homelander will attack savagely right off the bat. He's pretty much bloodlusted by default if someone opposes him. Think a screeching baby throwing its crap out of the crib, and put that in Homelander's body and add diagnosable sociopathy.

so a karen? alright

but Kirito outskill him at close combat no? except Karenlander does his heat vision or something

Kirito's skill and the reach and strength of his sword should allow him to avoid being hit too directly, long enough to allow him to activate at least his first amp, and then he has time to activate his second.

He should also be able to dodge the heat vision. There is indeed a chance he gets hit. He's never faced heat vision, and a single mistake at the start and something he needs gets destroyed. However, his superior skill should still give him the time to activate his amps, and then he should be more or less even, at which point it's skilled and level headed swordsman versus unskilled overgrown baby.

Kirito has high degrees of skill and experience with arming swords and specifically dual-wielding them, which in addition to the original sword skill requires using it with his other hand (another skill) and then using both swords at once (also a skill). Meanwhile Homelander has none.

so yeah, skillstomp
At the start Homelander has a significant range and AP advantage, not to mention the heat of his heat vision. Homelander effortlessly punched off Queen Maeve's head, and Kirito before his amps is only about 1.14 times stronger than her. Kirito does not want to get hit before he can activate his amps, and when Homelander throws his inevitable tantrum, he'll likely start with his heat vision while also rushing forward. Also keep in mind Homelander can fly while Kirito is just highly agile, giving Homelander the mobility advantage as well. Homelander definitely has a win-condition here.

Basically Homelander attacks first with his heat vision while Kirito defends against it by dodging or blocking. If Kirito gets hit he'll suffer serious damage and Homelander immediately gains the upper hand. If Kirito falls after getting hit Homelander will advance while still using heat vision on him and bear down on him. In this scenario Kirito likely dies.

Alternatively if Kirito dodges it, he has time to activate his first amp. At that point he either keeps dodging to activate his second in which case he will win, or he tries to fight with just the first amp, and eventually activates the second anyway. Ultimately I think the deciding factor is whether Kirito manages to avoid Homelander's first few attacks long enough to use either or both of his amps.

Kirito has experience dodging and blocking bullets and wide sweeping attacks to great effect. However, Homelander is attacking with an attack Kirito hasn't seen before, won't anticipate, and has the range of the bullets and the area of the wide sweeping strikes. I think it's most likely he'd be able to avoid it, with his skill and experience, combined with Homelander having no experience against anyone who could dodge or block his heat vision, but it's not a certainty.

TL;DR: Homelander will have the upper hand at first due to superior AP, Kirito needs to work hard to defend himself long enough to activate his amps, but his skill and experience mean he would likely succeed. Once the amps are activated AP will be evened out and Kirito can win via skill.

If it isn't then Kirito FRA
Counted. I really don't think it's a stomp when Homelander has a very real chance of killing or severely damaging Kirito before either amp comes into effect and before Kirito can cut Homelander's soft bits off, like his head.

One more vote and Kirito can take down another creepy, sociopathic sicko. He's done that a lot, now that I think about it...

Damn a kirito thread that happened without me. Also it's probably good to add.

How should we do that? Should I do it, or is that a bad idea? Never done this, sorry.
As long as the profiles aren't locked you just add the details of the fight (such as speed equalized among other things) under Notable Victories and Losses. You can look at other profiles for examples that are better than i can describe.
