Luckily Kirito still has an 8-A key so let's use that vs Zoro's

Yes but Zoro has super natural willpower so it should naturally cancel out some effects of incarnation and make it a normal battle since it seems to be on par with Kirito’s

That's not how it works, only one's reality warping power through incarnation can overpower another because it's the rule of their verse and power even if his enemies has supernatural willpower themselves
