Black Clover: Discussion Rule Proposal

So recently, there's been a certain topic in Black Clover that people have repeatedly made CRTs for, without any new evidence. It's often the same arguments that have been addressed in a previous CRT, and it's been getting tiring dealing with it all the time.

That topic is, of course, Black Divider scaling above Conquering Eon.

The arguments for this not being the case have boiled down to “it was Anti-Magic hax, not AP” which relies on the assumption that a devil’s heart is made of magic, which we cannot assume to be true. Regardless, numerous CRTs have been made about the topic with this same argument, and as such I want to propose a discussion rule that Black Divider scaling to Conquering Eon should not be discussed unless new, relevant information is brought in.

There is a difference, those not only those happened on a far more frequent basis but are also know for generating a far higher level of toxicity
Making a black divider discussion rule seens like overreacting

I actually asked Damage about this before making this since I wanted to be sure and he said that it’d be fair to propose a discussion rule

I think it’s best to clarify that the arguments can’t consist of what was said in the OP. At least then people can make crts for it with new arguments
