@AntorusTheBurningThrone I had the same problem too and was told the reason was that pre-existing pictures already have the same name and you just have rename the pictures. For example. if there is a picture called "life mainpulation", you rename your picture something like "life manipulation WoW". Something different and isn't already named

People that are stronger than the creator of the dream, Freya. This includes Tyr, Thorim, Lokin, The Old Gods (All of them), The Lich King, Deathwing (Who shook the dream to its very core and was about to destroy it), The Avatar of Sargeras, Kil'jaeden, Archimonde, Sargeras, the Pantheon, and the player characters in Legion. This also scales to Gul'dan.

It only says layers not infinite layers. To be 1-A you need to transcend or be beyond all dimensions of space and time while in the scans you posted it only says this "exist outside of the boundaries of the physical world" and "concepts like time and distance" nothing suggesting transcendence over all dimensional spaces. I may be wrong but from just those, it's not enough.

First scan only mentions some spirit world which exists outside the physical world and has "infinite pathways" within itself, nothing which remotely supports 1-A in any way.
Second scan is just saying constants such as linear time and physical distance have no real meaning within the Emerald Dream, it isn't describing the place as being completely unrestrained by time and space, as an 1-A rating would imply. In fact that scan seems to suggest time still exists within it in some weird way ("A day in the physical world could feel like decades within the Dream").
Third scan is gonna need a bit more than that for it to justify anything close to High 1-B or 1-A, especially since "layers" can mean a hundred different things depending on the context surrounding the phrase.
